A tap succeeds
A successful NFC tap is recorded against the device and the Maker account that owns it.
There are no pricing tiers to decode. The Maker account—the product brand that owns the devices—pays $0.01 for every successful NFC tap.
We count successful NFC authentications, total the usage for every device owned by a Maker account, then bill that product brand at the end of the month.
A successful NFC tap is recorded against the device and the Maker account that owns it.
At month end, successful taps across all devices owned by the Maker account are added together.
The monthly total is multiplied by $0.01 and billed to the Maker account for that product brand.
Failed attempts and operator accounts are not billed. The Maker account for the product brand receives one charge for the usage of every device it owns.
